It’s the perfect summer event series for the entire family! Start your Memorial Day activities on Monday, May 27th, with a special community gathering at Wheatfield Park, when the city of Menifee will honor the nation’s service men and women who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. The morning’s remembrance will begin at 10 a.m., and will include presentations, guest speakers, local vendors and more.
It’s going to a fun-filled morning, so bring the family to Menifee’s annual Spring Fest and celebrate the highly anticipated Grand Opening of the community’s Central Park. Hop to it and enjoy plenty of festivities and activities at the city’s newest park amenity, including egg hunts for children ages 0-13, an inclusive egg hunt, and photos with the Easter Bunny! Menifee’s Spring Fest will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 30268 Civic Plaza Drive.
Young children will have a great time hunting for eggs and visiting with the Spring Bunny! This year’s Menifee Spring Fest will have a Kid’s Zone, numerous vendors, plus fun games and activities. The egg hunts will be broken down by age groups, and kids up to 12 years old can participate. This special event is March 23rd from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Mayfield Park, so hop to it!

There will be live entertainment, musical performances, an elves crafts workshop, plus free photos with Santa. Enjoy food and dessert vendors, a holiday bazaar, and a kid’s zone with 40 tons of snow! It’s one of best fall traditions around! Bring the kids for a fantastic adventure at the Big Horse Corn Maze and Harvest Festival in Temecula! The Big Horse Feed & Farm Supply hosts this annual festival, which features the largest corn maze in Southern California, with 11+ acres of good old-fashioned fun! Tons of family activities and attractions include a pumpkin patch, pony rides, hayrides, rock wall, face painting, gem mining and more! Everyone will have a great time, so come on out!

The city of Temecula is hosting a special evening to commemorate the 17th anniversary of September 11th. Write a message in the Keepsake Journal and take some time to reflect as we honor those who tragically gave their lives in service to this country. There will also be light music and refreshments following the program, which is free to the public. The September 11th Remembrance is at the Temecula Duck Pond and Veterans Memorial from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
